January Planner Reset: Finalizing My 2026 Planner with Prayer, Vision & Gentle Rhythms

January always feels like a soft beginning for me — not a rush to overhaul everything, but an invitation to settle in and build rhythms that actually support real life.
In today’s video, I’m sharing my final January planner setup for 2026, along with a meaningful prayer and vision board reset that I created directly inside my discbound planner system.
Instead of filming a full winter home reset while our Christmas decorations are still bringing us joy, I chose to lean into what felt most grounding right now: my planner, my prayers, and a clear vision for the year ahead.
My January 2026 Planner Setup
I walk through how I’ve finalized my January planner using my Jane’s Agenda inserts, including:
- My January monthly layout and Prayer Focus
- How I’m using the new Weekly 32 pages as a flexible weekly system
- A simple Monthly Business Momentum Dashboard to track goals, projects, and progress without pressure
This setup was heavily influenced by the Jane’s Agenda Planathon process, which helped me think about goals based on how I want to feel and live in 2026 — not just what I want to accomplish.
If you’re interested in learning more about Planathon, the replays and trainings are available for purchase inside the Jane’s Agenda Masterplan Collective, which I personally use and recommend.
(This is also where I access deeper planning education beyond what I share publicly.)
Creating a Prayer & Vision Board
One of my favorite parts of this reset was assembling a 2026 Prayer and Vision Board using classic-sized discbound pages.
I created six sections:
- Family
- Home
- Work
- Finances
- Personal Growth & Mindset
- Health
Each section includes prayer prompts, Scripture, intentions, and visual reminders. In the video, I show how I temporarily used painter’s tape to assemble these pages onto a poster board so I could step back and see the full picture. This Prayer & Vision Board is something I can now interact with every day as I go throughout my year.
This approach feels gentle, flexible, and deeply personal — exactly what I want my planner to support.
A Slower, More Intentional January
This season isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about:
- Creating space for prayer
- Using my planner as a tool, not a taskmaster
- Letting January unfold slowly and intentionally
If you’re craving a calmer way to approach the new year, I hope this planner reset gives you permission to move at a pace that actually feels good.
