June Planner Setup: Goals, Habits, Wellness & Summer Planning

June Planner Setup: Goals, Habits, Wellness & Summer Planning
One of my favorite things about a new month is the opportunity to pause, reflect, and prepare for what’s ahead.
As we settle into June and the beginning of summer break, I recently finished the second half of my June planner setup. This process included reviewing May, archiving completed inserts, setting up my monthly pages, and creating a new Health & Wellness notebook to support some personal goals throughout the summer.

Looking Back at May
Before I can fully embrace a new month, I always like to spend some time looking back.
May was a full month.
Between family activities, work responsibilities, planner projects, and exciting progress on my Peaceful Home Index Card Course and Printables, there was a lot happening behind the scenes.
Reviewing my completed Monthly Habit Tracker, Business Momentum Dashboard, and weekly trackers helped me celebrate progress and see where I want to focus my attention moving forward.
Sometimes the simple act of reviewing a completed month reminds us how much we’ve accomplished.
Archiving Completed Planner Pages
One of my favorite planner routines is moving completed inserts into my archive planner.
Not only does it create more room in my everyday planner, but it also gives me a record of previous months that I can revisit later.
I enjoy seeing how my planning evolves over time and being able to look back at seasons of life that might otherwise be forgotten.
Setting Up June
Once May was archived, I moved into preparing my June pages.
This month includes:
- Monthly Prayer Page
- Two-Page Monthly Calendar
- Business Momentum Dashboard
- Monthly Habit Tracker
- Weekly Rhythm & Intentional Habits Tracker
- Weekly No. 14 and No. 33 planner inserts
I also added a little decoration using markers and stickers. Nothing elaborate—just enough to make the pages feel cheerful and inviting.
For me, decorating a planner isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating a space I enjoy returning to each day.
Creating a Health & Wellness Notebook
One new addition this month is a dedicated Health & Wellness notebook.
Using supplies from Jane’s Agenda that I already had on hand, along with a few new inserts, I created a small companion notebook focused on:
- Wellness tracking
- Nutrition
- Activity
- Self-care
- Biohacking logs
- Personal reflection
As summer begins, I’m looking forward to having a dedicated space for recording wellness goals, observations, and progress.
I think this notebook will complement my planner beautifully while allowing me to enjoy a little more journaling and reflection.
Looking Ahead
As we move into summer, my goal is not to fill every moment with productivity.
Instead, I want to create intentional systems that support:
- Health
- Family
- Faith
- Personal growth
- Meaningful work
Planning helps me create that balance.
Not because every day goes according to plan, but because it helps me focus on what matters most.
