Our Simple Family Evening Routine for Mental Wellness & Restful Sleep

In a busy household, bedtime routines can either feel chaotic… or peaceful. Over the years, we’ve learned that the difference comes from a few intentional steps — and the right tools to help us calm down together.

As a mom, my evening routine is part of my whole family’s routine. We wind down together: we watch a show or play a game, then we all change into cozy pajamas and get ready for bed.
