How I’m Using My Planner in Real Life This January

January doesn’t need a perfect planner — it needs a practical one.

This month, I’ve been leaning into a real-life planning system that supports my daily tasks, projects, and goals without adding pressure. The biggest shift has been using the Task List A5 notebook as my everyday to-do list, paired with the Weekly 32 inserts inside my planner.

Instead of trying to fit everything into one spread, I’m letting my planner and notebook work together. The result? More clarity, less overwhelm, and a system that actually moves with me through the day.

In today’s video, I share exactly how I’m using both tools, what’s working, and how I’m giving myself permission to adjust as I go.

One of my other ongoing resources is the Jane’s Agenda Masterplan Collective. If you’re interested in learning more about Planathon, monthly trainings, and private support, the replays and trainings are available for purchase inside the Jane’s Agenda Masterplan Collective, which I personally use and recommend.
(This is also where I access deeper planning education beyond what I share publicly.)

I hope this brings you peace, calm, and a gentle start to 2026.
Happy New Year! 💛
