September Planner Reset + Jane’s Agenda Deluxe Subscription Box Unboxing
There are only five more days until my daughter goes back to school, and somehow that makes September feel like it’s right around the corner!
After a busy summer, I’ve been looking forward to sitting down in my office, slowing down for a little while, and getting my planner refreshed for the new month.

I always enjoy seeing how the different pieces coordinate and imagining how I might use them in my planner throughout the month.
Refreshing My Planner for September
After going through the box, I move into the second half of the video and refresh my current planner setup.
Since we’re already in the third week of August, I start by flipping through what my planner currently looks like before removing the pieces I’m ready to archive.
I take off my Rose Gold Snap Cover, August plastic decorative cover, and swan dashboard before adding my September pieces.
For September, I’m using the new plastic decorative cover inside the new hazelnut-brown wrap cover. I also chose the decorative cardstock featuring the path next to the castle as my main dashboard.
I love how just changing a few of these pieces can make my planner feel completely different for a new month.
I also remove the August tabbed divider and decorative cardstock, along with some of the weekly pages from the beginning of August that I can now move into my archive planner.
Finally, I add my September:
- Mini Page Finder
- Regular Page Finder
- Capacity Check-In insert
- Blank Daily Dashboard
And just like that, my planner is ready for September!
A Fresh Start for a New Month
One of my favorite things about doing these monthly planner resets is that I don’t necessarily need to completely reinvent my planning system every month.
Sometimes a reset simply means removing what I’ve finished, adding what’s coming next, and giving my planner a fresh look for the season ahead.
And this September setup has me especially excited.
With my daughter heading back to school, a new month ahead, and the transition from summer into fall beginning, it feels good to have my planner ready for whatever September brings.
