Jane’s Agenda November Box Unboxing + Holiday Planner Setup

The weather is cooling down, the leaves are finally starting to change, and my thoughts are beginning to turn toward fall and the holidays ahead. It’s the perfect time to get my holiday planning supplies together and start preparing for the season a little at a time.
In today’s video, I’m unboxing the Jane’s Agenda November Deluxe Subscription Box and using some of the items—especially the Holiday Planning inserts—to refresh my holiday planner for this year.
If you enjoy planner unboxings, seasonal planning, and finding simple ways to make everyday life feel more organized, I hope you’ll enjoy following along!
What’s in the Jane’s Agenda November Deluxe Box?
This month’s Deluxe Subscription Box includes items from both the Cover Club and Lifestyle Planner Box collections. I love seeing how the coordinated designs come together, and this month’s Holiday Planning inserts are especially timely as I begin preparing for the upcoming season.
Cover Club Items
The Cover Club portion of the box includes:
- A coordinating page finder
- A plastic planner cover
- A two-pack of cardstock dashboards
I try the cardstock dashboards under the plastic cover to see how the designs look layered together. I also experiment with the vellum from the Lifestyle Box to see how it changes the look of the different combinations.
These decorative pieces are a fun way to give a planner a fresh seasonal look without having to replace the entire setup.
Lifestyle Planner Box Items
The Lifestyle portion includes:
- Mini metal planner discs in Dark Bronze
- An accessory pack with a decorative thank-you card and three quote cards
- Coordinating dot-grid watercolor notepaper inserts
- A Holiday Planning pack of inserts
- The “Season of Calm” decorative set, including three dashboards and a vellum
The Holiday Planning inserts are what I’m most excited to put to use in this video. Rather than simply admiring the new pages, I want to get them into my holiday planner so I can start using them.
Setting Up My Holiday Planner
I already have a holiday planner that I’ve used in previous years, so I don’t need to start from scratch. I can bring forward some of the decorative dashboards I already own and use the new inserts to refresh the planner for this season.
I add the Holiday Planning pages to the different sections I’ve created, giving the planner a place to hold the information and plans I’ll gather as the holidays get closer.
One thing I appreciate about having a dedicated holiday planner is that I can keep seasonal information together instead of trying to remember where I wrote something down or searching through my everyday planner.
Getting the inserts in place is a small step, but it’s an important one. I now have a system ready to use when I’m ready to begin filling it in.
And that’s the key: I don’t have to finish all my holiday planning just because I’m setting up the planner. I can get the tools ready now and work through the details over time.
Starting Holiday Planning a Little at a Time
Inside my Peaceful Home Membership, we’ve been easing into holiday planning with a few preliminary tasks during the first two weeks of October. One of those tasks was simply to get a holiday planner or notebook out and begin getting familiar with it.
You can do the same thing with whatever system works for you. Maybe you have a dedicated holiday planner, a section in your everyday planner, a notebook, or even a folder where you keep your lists.
You don’t need a complicated system. You just need somewhere to gather the information that will help you prepare.
Beginning Monday, October 19, I’ll also be following along with the FlyLady Cruising Through the Holidays missions. These weekday missions offer small tasks to work on as the season approaches.
You can find the playlist here:
The idea is to take one manageable step at a time rather than waiting until December to tackle everything at once.

An Update About Jane’s Agenda Subscription Boxes
At the beginning of the video, I also mention that Jane’s Agenda is changing its subscription box program beginning with January 2027. This November box is the second-to-last box under the current program.

Preparing for the Holidays with More Peace and Less Pressure
As I finish setting up my holiday planner, I’m reminding myself that the purpose of planning isn’t to make the holidays busier or give myself another list of things I have to accomplish.
It’s to help me make room for what matters.
If you have small children at home, a busy work schedule, family responsibilities, or a season of life that simply feels full, holiday preparations may look different for you than they did in another season. That’s okay.
Give yourself grace. You don’t have to do everything, and you don’t have to do it all today.
I hope having a place to gather your plans and taking a few small steps ahead of time will help you enjoy more of the meaningful parts of the season.
I’d love to hear from you: What’s your favorite way to prepare for the holidays and make the season feel a little more manageable? Do you use a dedicated holiday planner, add everything to your regular planner, or keep a simple notebook or list?
Share your ideas in the comments. I’d love to hear what works for you!
Sending you peace and love as you prepare for the season ahead.
Wishing you a peaceful day, a fresh cup of coffee, and grace for whatever this season holds. 💛
With Gratitude,
Natasha
